Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has fundamentally reshaped the landscape of higher education. One of the most significant shifts has been the widespread transition from face-to-face instruction to online learning environments. This transformation has particularly impacted business education, which traditionally emphasizes interpersonal communication, experiential learning, and real-world application. This article explores the effectiveness of online learning in business education after the pandemic, considering technological advancements, pedagogical adaptations, student and faculty experiences, and long-term implications for educational delivery.
