Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasida naqd pulsiz to‘lov tizimini takomillashtirish jarayonida yuzaga kelayotgan asosiy muammolar tahlil qilinadi. Moliyaviy savodxonlik darajasining pastligi, texnik infratuzilmaning yetarli emasligi, huquqiy bazadagi kamchiliklar va ishonch muammosi haqida fikr yuritiladi. Maqolada muammolar bilan birga ularni bartaraf etish bo‘yicha taklif va tavsiyalar ham bayon etiladi.
This article analyzes the main problems that arise in the process of improving the cashless payment system in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The low level of financial literacy, insufficient technical infrastructure, shortcomings in the legal framework and the problem of trust are discussed. The article presents proposals and recommendations for their elimination along with the problems.
