Abstract

This paper reviews current research on educational and pedagogical development, focusing on professional development (PD) of teachers, institutional support, and pedagogical innovation. Synthesizing findings from studies indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar, the paper highlights key trends, effective strategies, and challenges in advancing pedagogy. Graphical representations of publication growth, factors influencing pedagogical development, and comparative tables of effective PD models are included. Recommendations for sustainable and context-sensitive development practices conclude the discussion
