Abstract

This paper examines the role of podcasting as an innovative digital tool for enhancing children’s second language learning. It explores how podcasts, as flexible and accessible audio materials, contribute to improving listening comprehension, pronunciation, and vocabulary development. The paper discusses the educational value of podcasting, its cognitive and linguistic benefits for young learners, and strategies for effective integration into modern language teaching. Additionally, potential challenges such as digital accessibility and attention management are analyzed, followed by practical recommendations for educators and parents. The study concludes that podcasting can significantly enrich language learning environments by promoting motivation, autonomy, and authentic communication practice among children.
