Abstract: The article analyzes the impact of modern mobile applications and interactive platforms designed for learning foreign languages on the learner’s personal development. Language-learning applications are divided into two main categories — comprehensive and goal-oriented programs. The advantages of popular tools such as Grammarly, Elsa Speak, Rosetta Stone, and Duolingo, as well as the distinctive features of a new program developed for Uzbek speakers — Lingosamdukf, are examined. The study emphasizes the importance of regular practice in language acquisition and explores the potential of audiobooks, films, YouTube, and podcasts in enhancing listening comprehension, understanding, and vocabulary development. Furthermore, the article discusses the role of video communication platforms such as Zoom and Skype, which gained popularity during the pandemic, in improving foreign language speaking skills. The author scientifically highlights the significance of motivation, cognitive activity, and creativity in language learning under digital technology conditions. In conclusion, the study evaluates interactive technologies as essential tools that foster independence, interest, and innovative approaches in the process of foreign language acquisition.
