Annotatsiya: Ushbu tezisda kimyo sanoati korxonalarida ishlab chiqarish jarayonlarini boshqarishda “tejamkor ishlab chiqarish” (Lean Manufacturing) konsepsiyasining ahamiyati va qo‘llanilish usullari o‘rganilgan. Kimyo sanoatining murakkabligi va resurs talab qiluvchi xususiyatlari inobatga olinib, ishlab chiqarish jarayonlarida isrofgarchiliklarni kamaytirish, sifatni yaxshilash hamda xarajatlarni optimallashtirish uchun tejamkor ishlab chiqarishning asosiy usullari – 5S tizimi, Just-In-Time (JIT) va boshqa samarali metodlar tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, amaliy misollar orqali ushbu usullarni joriy etishning natijalari va duch kelinadigan muammolar ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari kimyo sanoati korxonalarida tejamkor ishlab chiqarish konsepsiyasini keng qo‘llash ishlab chiqarish samaradorligini oshirish va raqobatbardoshlikni kuchaytirishda muhim rol o‘ynashini tasdiqlaydi.
