Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqola, murakkab psixopedagogik muhitda faoliyat yurituvchi o‘qituvchilarning emotsional turg‘unligini oshirishga oid muhim masalalarni ko‘rib chiqadi. Maqolada o‘qituvchilarni ruhiy va emosional jihatdan barqaror saqlash uchun yuzaga kelgan xavf omillari tahlil qilinadi va ularga qarshi samarali yechimlar taklif etiladi. Shuningdek, emotsional turg‘unlikni saqlashning ta’lim muhitida qanday ahamiyatga ega ekanligi, pedagogik stress va uning oqibatlari ko‘rsatib o‘tiladi.
