Abstract

Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada zaharli hayvonlarning (ilonlar, chayonlar, o‘rgimchaklar, ari-asalari va ba’zi dengiz organizmlari) biologik xususiyatlari, zahar ajratish apparati, zaharning kimyoviy tarkibi va patofiziologik ta’sir mexanizmlari IMRAD tuzilmasida tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, klinik ko‘rinishlar, shoshilinch yordam algoritmlari, antivenom terapiyasi, simptomatik va reanimatsion yondashuvlar, asoratlar hamda profilaktika masalalari muhokama qilinadi. Zaharli hayvonlar bilan bog‘liq holatlarda epidemiologik omillar, envenomatsiya og‘irligini baholash mezonlari va dalillarga asoslangan davolash tamoyillari yoritiladi. Maqola tibbiyot amaliyoti uchun dolzarb bo‘lgan tashxis qo‘yish va davolashdagi muhim nuqtalarni umumlashtirib, zahar komponentlarining farmakologik va biotibbiy salohiyatini ham ko‘rsatadi.

Аннотация: V dannoy rabote v IMRAD-formate rassmatrivayutsya biologicheskie osobennosti yadoovnykh zhivotnykh (zmei, skorpiony, pauki, pereponchatokrylye, a takzhe nekotorye morskie organizmy), stroenie yadootdelitel’nogo apparata, khimicheskiy sostav yadas i mekhanizmy patofiziologicheskogo vozdeystviya. Osveshchayutsya klinicheskie proyavleniya, algoritmy neotlozhnoy pomoshchi, antivenomnaya terapiya, simptomaticheskie i reanimatsionnye podkhody, vozmozhnye oslozhneniya i profilaktika. Otdel’no analiziruyutsya epidemiologicheskie faktory, kriterii otsenki tyazhesti envenomatsii i printsipy dokazatel’noy terapii. Predstavlena obobshchennaya informatsiya, imeyushchaya znachenie dlya prakticheskogo zdravookhraneniya, a takzhe ukazyvaetsya biomeditsinskiy potentsial komponentov yadas.

Abstract: This IMRAD-formatted article reviews the biological characteristics of venomous animals (snakes, scorpions, spiders, hymenopterans, and selected marine organisms), including venom delivery systems, venom composition, and major pathophysiological mechanisms. Clinical manifestations, emergency management, antivenom therapy, supportive and critical care approaches, complications, and prevention are discussed. The paper highlights epidemiological determinants, severity assessment, and evidence-oriented therapeutic principles, while also outlining biomedical and pharmacological perspectives of venom components relevant to clinical practice.
