Ключевые слова:

Stress, stress tolerance, increasing stress tolerance, common symptoms of stress, meditation, social support, antisocial behavior. Stress is a natural response to the demands or pressures we face in life, whether physical, emotional, or mental. It can be triggered by both positive events (like getting married or starting a new job) and negative ones (such as a loss or a difficult work situation). In small doses, stress can be motivating and even beneficial, helping you perform well under pressure or stay alert in a challenging situation. However, chronic or excessive stress can have negative effects on your health, including anxiety, sleep disturbances, heart problems, and weakened immune function.
