COVID-19 DAN KEYIN RIVOJLANGAN MIYELITLAR

COVID-19 pandemiyasi inson organizmiga keng qamrovli ta’sir ko‘rsatib, nafaqat nafas yo‘llari, balki markaziy asab tizimining ham shikastlanishiga sabab bo‘ldi. Tadqiqotlar COVID-19 infektsiyasidan keyin turli nevrologik asoratlar, jumladan, transvers miyelit rivojlanishini ko‘rsatmoqda. Ushbu maqolada COVID-19 bilan bog‘liq miyelitlarning rivojlanish mexanizmi, klinik belgilari, diagnostikasi va davolash usullari tahlil qilinadi. MRI, CSF analizi va immunologik testlar natijalari asosida bemorlarning umumiy holati baholanib, kortikosteroid va immunoglobulin terapiyasining samaradorligi o‘rganiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari COVID-19 bilan bog‘liq
miyelitni erta aniqlash va samarali davolash strategiyalarini ishlab chiqishga ko‘maklashadi.
