Abstract

Mushak og‘riqlari (mialgiya) turli sabablarga ko‘ra yuzaga kelishi mumkin, jumladan, ortiqcha jismoniy zo‘riqish, surunkali kasalliklar, stress, noto‘g‘ri ovqatlanish va genetik omillar. Ushbu maqolada mushak og‘riqlarining asosiy sabablarini aniqlash, ularning oldini olish hamda samarali davolash usullari yoritilgan. Mushaklarning sog‘lom ishlashini ta’minlash uchun to‘g‘ri ovqatlanish, jismoniy 
mashqlar, massaj va fizioterapiya muolajalari muhim ahamiyatga ega. Tadqiqotlar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, mushak og‘riqlarini kamaytirish va ularning oldini olish uchun kompleks yondashuv talab etiladi.
