Abstract

Mazkur maqolada oziq-ovqat mahsulotlari sifatini aniqlashda sensor texnologiyalarining o‘rni va ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Sensor 
texnologiyalarining asosiy turlari, jumladan, kimyoviy, optik, biosensor, elektromagnit, hamda temperatura va namlik sensorlari haqida ma’lumot beriladi. Ushbu texnologiyalarning mahsulot tarkibini tekshirish, yaroqlilik muddatini 
aniqlash, oziq-ovqat xavfsizligini ta’minlash va saqlash jarayonlarini nazorat qilishdagi roli ilmiy adabiyotlarga asoslanib yoritiladi. Sensor texnologiyalarining tezkor, aniq va samarali natijalar berishi ularning oziq-ovqat sanoatida keng 
qo‘llanilishiga  sabab bo‘lmoqda. Ushbu maqola sensor texnologiyalarining afzalliklari va istiqbollari haqida tushuncha berish bilan birga, sohadagi tadqiqotlarga ilmiy asos yaratishga xizmat qiladi.
