Mazkur maqolada ta’lim sifati va yozma baholash tizimi o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlik tahlil qilinadi. Yozma baholashning ta’lim jarayonidagi o‘rni, uning o‘quvchilarning bilimi va ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirishga ta’siri hamda baholash tizimining takomillashtirilishi bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar beriladi. Tadqiqotda zamonaviy baholash metodlari hamda xalqaro tajribalar o‘rganilgan.
