Abstract

Selecting an appropriate future career is one of the most demanding things that students will ever make in their life. During this process long-term objectives, employment market trends, abilities, and personal interests must all be carefully 
considered. As a result of this, students sometimes struggle to choose a career that fits with their goals and prospects for the future due to the quick changes in industry needs and technological improvements. Therefore, they require career advice, practical 
experiences like internships, and accurate labour market details to make well-informed decisions. In addition to this, with the help of mentoring programs and self-assessment tools they can also explore their abilities and possible career routes programs and self
assessment tools. In this article, the main determinants of job choices, the value of professional advice, and methods for making well-informed choices. Students may choose occupations that not only fit their skills but also offer long-term success and fulfilment by being aware of these factors.
