Abstract

Inclusive education is a system that embraces all students, providing the support they need to learn, regardless of their abilities or needs. It involves ensuring that teaching methods, the curriculum, school facilities, classrooms, play areas,
transportation, and restrooms are accessible and suitable for everyone. This approach allows all children to learn together in the same schools. The goal of inclusive education is to guarantee that every student has access to equal learning opportunities,
irrespective of their differences in physical, intellectual, social, or emotional characteristics. By modifying their teaching strategies, collaborating with different stakeholders, and cultivating a positive classroom environment, teachers play a crucial
role in creating inclusive learning environments. This article explores the several duties that educators have in inclusive education, including identifying and meeting the needs of different students, continuing professional development, and working with parents
and experts. Teachers continue to be essential to ensuring that all kids feel included and can thrive academically and socially, despite issues such as a lack of resources and inadequate training. In order to overcome these obstacles, extensive teacher preparation, assistive technology integration, and community engagement are necessary.
