Abstract

Ушбу мақолада андиз ва занжабил ўсимликларидан тайёрланган намуналарнинг антиоксидант хусусиятлари адреналиннинг in vitro шароитида аутооксидланиш реакциясини ингибирлаш методи орқали ўрганилди. Яъни, уларнинг адреналин аутооксидланишини ингибирлаш қобилияти ва кислороднинг фаол шаклларининг ҳосил бўлишини олдини олиш имконияти баҳоланди. Тадқиқот натижаларига кўра, ушбу ўсимликларнинг антиоксидантлик хусусиятларидан фойдаланиш қандли диабет, сил ва жигарнинг токсик моддалар таъсиридан зарарланиши каби касалликларнинг олдини олиш ва даволашда фойдали эканлиги аниқланди.
