bajarishda raqamli texnologiyalar, sun'iy intellekt va virtual haqiqat vositalarining samaradorligi ko rib chiqiladi. Zamonaviy texnologiyalarning o quvchilarning jismoniy rivojlanishiga ta siri va samaradorlik ko rsatkichlari tahlil qilinadi.
Tadqiqot natijalari texnologiyalarni jismoniy tarbiya faniga integratsiya qilishning afzalliklarini ko rsatadi va amaliy takliflar ilgari suriladi.
