This system is widely used in countries such as Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, and its high effectiveness has been proven.

Abstract

In our independent Uzbekistan, due to the attention being paid to the youth, our young people are moving rapidly towards the future. With the Resolution No. 163 of the Cabinet of Ministers dated March 29, 2021, a regulation on measures to organize 
dual education was approved. Middle-level specialists play a crucial role in the development of the economy. There is a high demand for workers and specialists in the fields of production, industry, and services.

In conclusion, the dual education system is one of the most effective methods for

training specialists who meet the demands of the modern labor market. This system

benefits not only students but also enterprises and society as a whole. That is why many

countries are striving to implement it. By expanding dual education, it is possible to

increase youth employment, align education with the labor market, and contribute to

the economic development of the country.
