Bozor iqtisodiyoti sharoitida tijorat banklari mamlakat moliyaviy tizimining
muhim bo‘g‘ini hisoblanadi. Ularning barqarorligi va rivojlanishi bevosita ichki
resurslardan, ayniqsa, inson kapitalidan samarali foydalanishga bog‘liq. Shu sababli,
bank tizimida xodimlar samaradorligini oshirish va ularni baholash mexanizmlarini
takomillashtirish dolzarb masalalardan biridir.
