Qonda kislota-ishqor muvozanati organizmning normal funksiyasi va gomeostazini ta'minlash uchun muhim fiziologik mexanizmdir. Ushbu maqola qonda kislota-ishqor muvozanatining fiziologik asoslari, boshqarish mexanizmlari va klinik ahamiyatini 
tahlil qiladi. Tadqiqotlar PubMed, Elsevier va ScienceDirect kabi xalqaro bazalardan olingan eng so'nggi ilmiy ma'lumotlar asosida olib borildi. Shu orqali bu maqola nafaqat fiziologik nazariyani, balki amaliy klinik qo‘llanmalarga doir jihatlarni am o‘z ichiga oladi.
