Maqolada talabalardagi  verbal va noverbal muloqot usullarini shakllantirish bosqichlari haqida soʻz yuritiladi. Talabalarda  verbal va noverbal muloqot usullarini shakllantirish bosqichlari, ularning ta'lim jarayonida muloqot ham da oʻqish va oʻqitishning samarali amalga oshishi uchun muhim ahamiyat kasb  etadi. Ushbu maqolaa  verbal  muloqotning tushunilishi, turli til va nutq uslublari ni o'zichiga olgan holda talabalarga muloqotda bo'lish ko'nikmalarini rivojlantirishga qaratilgan. Shuningdek, noverbal  muloqot  usullari - mimika, gestlar va boshqa tanqidiy belgilar orqali ifoda etishni o'rgatish orqali talabalarning ijtimoiy ko'nikmalarini shakllantirish bosqichlari koʻrib chiqiladi.
