Abstract

Annotatsiya: Pozitron Emissiya Tomografiyasi radioaktiv izotoplar yordamida 
tanadagi  biologik  jarayonlarni  vizualizatsiya  qilish  imkonini  beruvchi  ilg‘or 
diagnostik metod bo’lib a’anaviy tasvirlash texnologiyalaridan farqli o‘laroq, inson 
tanasidagi fiziologik va biokimyoviy jarayonlarni real vaqt rejimida, aniq va noinvaziv 
tarzda tahlil qilish imkonini beradi. Bu texnologiyasi shifokorlarga nafaqat kasallikni 
aniqlash,  balki  uning  bosqichi,  tarqalishi  va  organizmdagi  ta’sir  doirasini  ham 
baholash  imkonini  beradi.  Ishda  mazkur  texnologiyasining  ishlash  prinsipi,  uning 
tibbiy  amaliyotdagi  qo‘llanilishi,  ilmiy  tadqiqotlardagi  o’rni  hamda  kelajakdagi 
istiqbollari batafsil yoritilgan.
