Abstract

Annotatsiya:  Ushbu  maqolada  mijozlarning  brendga  bo‘lgan  sadoqati 
tushunchasi, uning biznes rivojlanishidagi ahamiyati hamda mijozlarning sodiqligini 
shakllantirish  va  oshirish  usullari  tahlil  qilinadi.  Bozor  sharoitida  brend  sadoqati 
kompaniyalar  uchun  raqobat  ustunligini  ta’minlovchi  asosiy  omillardan  biridir. 
Mijozlarning  sodiqligini  oshirish  uchun  qanday  strategiyalar  qo‘llanishi  kerakligi, 
sifat, xizmat, aloqalar va bonus dasturlarining o‘rni haqida fikr yuritiladi. Maqolaning 
maqsadi — brend sadoqati tushunchasini oson va sodda shaklda tushuntirish va uni 
oshirishda amaliy yondashuvlarni ko‘rsatishdir.
