Annotatsiya. Ushbu maqolada tijorat banklarida xizmat ko‘rsatish
samaradorligini oshirish masalalari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Avvalo, bank xizmatlari
samaradorligi tushunchasi va baholash mezonlari nazariy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Keyin
amaliy muammolar – eskirgan infratuzilma, murakkab ichki jarayonlar, xodimlar
malakasining pastligi, xavf boshqaruvi zaifligi va hk. – ko‘rib chiqilib, ularni bartaraf
etish yo‘llari taklif qilinadi. Xizmat sifatini oshirishda raqamli transformatsiya,
innovatsion texnologiyalar, Lean va Six Sigma kabi jarayonlarni optimallashtirish
metodlari, shuningdek, bank menejmentini kuchaytirish usullari muhim ekani ko‘rsatib
o‘tilgan. Taklif etilgan tavsiyalar banklarning raqobatbardoshligini va barqarorligini
oshirishga qaratilgan.
