Annotatsiya: Bir guruh mutaxassislarni jalb qilgan holda tuzilgan aloqa
texnikasi bo'lgan Delphi usuli turli sohalarda konsensusga erishish qobiliyati bilan
keng tan olindi. Ushbu maqola Delphi usulini har tomonlama ko'rib chiqadi, uning
kelib chiqishi, qo'llanilishi va qaror qabul qilish jarayonlaridagi samaradorligini
o'rganadi. Adabiyot tahlili asosiy tadqiqotlar va tendentsiyalarni o'rganadi, metodlar
bo'limida esa Delphi tadqiqotini o'tkazish jarayoni ko'rsatilgan. Natijalar usulning
kuchli va cheklovlarini ta'kidlaydi va munozara bo'limi uning qaror qabul qilish uchun
ta'sirini tanqidiy baholaydi. Maqola kelajakdagi tadqiqotlar uchun asosiy takliflar va
takliflar bilan yakunlanadi.
