Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada Yevropa Ittifoqining migratsiya siyosati inson
huquqlari tamoyillari bilan qanchalik muvofiqligi tahlil qilinadi. Migratsion oqimlar,
xavfsizlik masalalari va transmilliy tahdidlar sharoitida inson huquqlarini to‘liq
ta’minlash muammolari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Maqolada Yevropa Inson huquqlari sudi
amaliyoti, YeI qonunchilik hujjatlari, shuningdek, mavjud institutsional mexanizmlar
asosida tahlil o‘tkazilib, ularning inson huquqlari bilan ziddiyatli jihatlari aniqlanadi.
Yakunda muvozanatga erishish bo‘yicha konseptual va amaliy takliflar bildirilgan.
