Jahon sog’liqni saqlash tashkiloti ma'lumotlariga ko’ra, dunyoda 5 milliardga
yaqin ya'ni sayyoramiz aholisining katta qismi odam protozoa kasalliklar va
gelmintozlar bilan kasallangan [1]. Jahon sog’liqni saqlash tashkiloti ma'lumotlariga
ko’ra, har yili dunyoda o’ladigan 50 million odamning 16 milliondan ortig’i yuqumli
va parazitar kasalliklardan vafot to’g’ri keladi (JSST, 2005). Yuqumli kasalliklar
tarkibida to’rtinchi o’rinni parazitar kasalliklar egallaydi [2, 3, 4].
Gelmintozlar global tarqalishga ega va u bolalarda ham, kattalarda ham
diareyaning keng tarqalgan sababi bo'lib, qo’zg’atuvchi kistalarni to'g'ridan-to'g'ri yoki
bilvosita yutish orqali fekal-og'iz orqali yuqadi. Gelmintozlarning laboratoriya
diagnostikasi. asosan najas namunalarida mikroskopik yoki trofozoitni ko'rsatishga
asoslangan, ammo gelmintozlar diagnostikasi uchun bir nechta immunologik tahlillar
va molekulyar usullar ham mavjud. Ushbu tadqiqotning maqsadi tibbiy laboratoriyada
qo'llaniladigan usullarni ko'rib chiqish va lyamblioz diagnostikasi uchun ularning
kamchiliklari va qiyinchiliklarini aniqlash edi. Ushbu maqolada biz gelmintozlar
diagnostika usullarini adabiyotlar, elektron ma'lumotlar bazalari va kitoblarni keng
ko'rib chiqish bilan baholadik.
