Аннотация: Стеноз трахеи — сужение просвета дыхательных путей —
может быть врождённым или приобретённым (вследствие травм, инфекций,
интубации). Хирургическое лечение стеноза с помощью круговой резекции и
анастомоза сопряжено с рядом осложнений. В статье рассматриваются как
ранние, так и поздние осложнения (обструкция, кровотечение, рестеноз),
анализируется эффективность установки стентов, минимально инвазивных
техник и значимость мультидисциплинарного подхода. Подчёркивается
необходимость стандартизации подходов и учёт качества жизни пациентов после
операции.
