Abstract

Annotatsiya:  Mazkur  maqolada  kvant  o‘ralar  (quantum  wells)  tushunchasi, 
ularning  yaratilish  usullari  va  zamonaviy  texnologiyalardagi  ahamiyati  yoritilgan. 
Kvant o‘ralar — bu yarimo‘tkazgichli strukturalarda elektronlar harakatining bir yoki 
bir  nechta  yo‘nalishda  cheklanishi  natijasida  hosil  bo‘ladigan  kvant  tizimlaridir. 
Maqolada kvant o‘ralarni modellashtirish usullari, energiya sathlarining hosil bo‘lishi 
va amaliy natijalar muhokama qilingan..
