INTRALIMFATIK IMMUNOTERAPIYANING UZOQ MUDDATLI KLINIK SAMARASI: ADABIYOTLAR TAHLILI ASOSIDA

Annotatsiya: Intralimfatik immunoterapiya (ILIT) — bu allergik rinitni
davolashda qo‘llanilayotgan zamonaviy va istiqbolli usullardan biri bo‘lib, qisqa
muddatli davo kursi orqali uzoq muddatli klinik natijalarga erishish imkonini beradi.
Xalqaro klinik tadqiqotlar tahliliga ko‘ra, ILIT terapiyasi natijasida bemorlarda
simptomlar sezilarli darajada kamayadi, antihistaminik preparatlarga ehtiyoj qisqaradi,
remissiya muddati 3-5 yilgacha saqlanadi. Intralimfatik immunoterapiya natijasida
shakllanadigan immun javob T-hujayralarning regulyator faoliyati va IgG4/IgE
nisbatining immun tolerantlik tomon siljishi orqali tavsiflanadi.. ILIT samaradorligi va
xavfsizligi bo‘yicha to‘plangan dalillar ushbu usulni uzoq muddatli allergen
immunoterapiya strategiyasiga aylantirmoqda.
