KAMQONLIK BILAN OG’RIGAN HOMILADOR AYOLLARDA FERROTERAPIYA SAMARADORLIGINI BAHOLASH MEZONLARI

Mavzuning dolzarbligi. Homilador ayollarda kamqonlik akusherlikda
ekstragenital patologiyaning jiddiy muammosi bo'lib qolmoqda, bu ko’rsatgich 15 -
80% tashkil qiladi. [1]. Homilador ayollarda kamqonlikning etiologiyasini aniqlash
masalasi ayniqsa dolzarbdir. 80% hollarda bu temir tanqisligi anemiyasi (TTA)
bo'lganligi sababli, davolovchi shifokor tasdiqlovchi diagnostik testlarni o'tkazmasdan
temir qo'shimchalarini buyurishga tushadi. Preparatni og'iz orqali buyurishdan hech
qanday ta'sir bo'lmasa, shifokor ko'pincha dozani oshirishga yoki tomir ichiga temirni
yuborishga qaror qiladi. Ammo ma'lumki, temir preparatlarini parenteral yuborish
ayolda va homilada ikki tomonlama asoratlar xavfini keltirib chiqaradi.[2]. Temir
qo'shimchalarining yuqori dozalarini og'iz orqali qabul qilish oshqozon-ichak traktidan
nojo'ya ta'sirlarni kuchaytirishi mumkin [3]. Bundan tashqari, homiladorlikdagi
anemiya har doim ham temir tanqisligi tufayli yuzaga kelmaydi.
