Annotatsiya
Maqolada lavanda o‘simligini yetishtirishda suvning ahamyati o‘rganildi.
Ma’lumki lavanda o‘simligi efir moylar miqdori ko‘pligi va manzarali tur sifatida
mashhurligi uchun bugungi kunda butun dunyo bo‘ylab bu o‘simlikka talab ortmoqda.
Biroq global o‘zgaruvchan iqlim sharoiti va qurg‘oqchilik ushbu o‘simlikning efir
moylarining tarkibidagi kimyoviy birikmalarga o‘z ta’sirini o‘tkazmoqda. Uzoq vaqt
sodir bo‘ladigan qurg‘oqchilik o‘simlikda hosilning yo‘qolishi va efir moyi tarkibini
o‘zgarishiga olib kelmoqda. Ushbu tadqiqotda asosiy o‘stiriladigan lavanda turlarining
suv tanqisligidan so‘ng qayta sug‘orilgan o‘simlikdagi kimyoviy birikmalar tahlil
qilindi. Tajribada uzoq muddatli qurg‘oqchilikdan so‘ng o‘simlikda glukoza, saxaroza,
melezitoza va rafinozaning to‘planishi aniqlandi, ammo alluloza, fruktoza va D-
sellobiozaning miqdori kamayishi kuzatildi. Aminokislatalar, gidrokafein kislatasi va
kofein kislatasi sezilarli darajada to‘plangan. Uzoq muddatli qurg‘oqchilik o‘simlikda
shuningdek galactinol, poliollar va arabitol moddalarini kamayishiga olib kelgan.
Qurgoqchilikdan so‘ng o‘simliklar qayta sug‘orilganda uning tarkibidagi ayrim
birikmalar qayta tiklanmadi. Bizning tadqiqotimiz shundan iboratki, suv yetishmovchiligi lavanda barglarining birlamchi va ikkilamchi metobolitik
jarayonlariga o‘z ta’sirini o‘tkazdi va efir moyi ishlab chiqarishda lavanda sanoatiga
kuchli ta’sir ko‘rsatishini takidlaydi.
