Abstract

 
Annatatsiya. Talabalar orasida uyqu buzilishining kognitiv faoliyatga tas’irini 
o’rganish uchun statistik tahlil o'tkazildi. Uyqu shubhasiz inson tanasining to’g’ri va 
meyorida ishlashi uchun eng muhim fiziologik faoliyatlardan biridir. Uyquning yetarli 
bo’lmasligi  yurak  qon  tomir  kasalliklari,  neyrokognitiv  funksiya,  psixologik 
kasalliklar,  metobolik  anomaliyalar  va  akademik  ko’rsatkichlarga  salbiy  ta’sir 
ko’rsatadi.Kognitiv faoliyat bu- xotira, aqliy faaoliyat va boshqa kognitiv funksiyalar 
hisoblanadi. Maqolada aynan uyqu yetishmovchiligining kognitiv faoliyatga ta’sirini 
tibbiyot talabalari o’rtasida ko’rib chiqilgan.Natijalarga ko’ra uyqu buzilishi talabalar 
kognitiv faoliyatiga salbiy ta’sir ko’rsatishi aniqlangan.
