Annotatsiya: Mazkur maqolada professional ta’lim muassasalarida jismoniy
tarbiya mashg‘ulotlari doirasida amaliy gimnastika mashqlaridan foydalanishning
o‘quvchilar salomatligi va kasbiy tayyorgarligiga ta’siri o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot
davomida amaliy gimnastikaning jismoniy rivojlanishga, harakat koordinatsiyasiga va
ish unumdorligiga ijobiy ta’siri ilmiy asoslangan. Mazkur maqola professional ta’lim
tizimida amaliy gimnastika vositalaridan samarali foydalanish yo‘llarini tavsiya qiladi.
