Abstract

Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada Yaponiya milliy va taniqli taomi — sushining kelib chiqishi hamda uning butun dunyoda mashhur bo‘lish sabablari tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, sushi tayyorlash va iste’mol qilish madaniyati, uning turli xalqlarga moslashuvi, bu taomning xalqaro sahnadagi o‘rni va global taom madaniyatiga ta’siri haqida fikr yuritiladi. Sushi taomining nafaqat yapon oshxonasidagi, balki xalqaro miqyosdagi ahamiyati haqida yoritilgan.
