Abstract

Annotatsiya. Mazkur maqolada individual yondashuv tushunchasining nazariy asoslari, uning pedagogik mohiyati va ta’lim jarayonidagi ahamiyati yoritilgan. Shuningdek, o‘quvchilarning individual xususiyatlarini hisobga olgan holda ta’limni tashkil etish zarurati asoslab berilgan. Individual yondashuvning o‘quvchilarning shaxsiy rivojlanishiga, mustaqil fikrlashiga hamda ta’lim samaradorligiga ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Abstract .This article examines the theoretical foundations of the individual approach and reveals its pedagogical significance in the educational process. It highlights the importance of organizing teaching by considering students’ individual characteristics, abilities, and needs. The study analyzes the impact of the individual approach on students’ personal development, independent thinking, and overall learning effectiveness. The findings emphasize that the implementation of individualized strategies contributes to improving the quality of education and fostering active learner participation.
