Mazkur maqolada mehmonxona sohasida servis robotlari va
avtomatlashtirilgan xizmatlarning joriy etilishi va ularning xizmat ko‘rsatish sifati,
mijozlar qoniqishi va biznes samaradorligiga ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. Zamonaviy
texnologiyalar mehmonxonalar uchun xarajatlarni optimallashtirish, tezkor xizmat
ko‘rsatish va raqobatbardoshlikni oshirish imkonini yaratmoqda. Tadqiqotda global
tendensiyalar, O‘zbekiston mehmonxona bozoridagi holat va kelgusidagi rivojlanish
istiqbollari ko‘rib chiqiladi.
