Abstract

Ushbu tezisning maqsadi uzumni qayta ishlash jarayonida hosil 
boʻladigan chiqindilarni utilizatsiya qilishning samarali usullarini oʻrganish va 
ularning iqtisodiy, ekologik ahamiyatini asoslashdir. Tadqiqot uzum qoldiqlari 
(poʻstlogʻi, urugʻi, novdalari) tarkibidagi qimmatli biokomponentlarni aniqlash, ularni 
ajratib olish texnologiyalarini tahlil qilish va qayta ishlash mahsulotlarining 
qoʻllanilish sohalarini yoritishga qaratilgan [1].
