Tibbiyot talabalarida uyqu buzilishlari va ularning kognitiv faoliyatga ta’sirini o‘rganish juda dolzarbdir, chunki uyqu sifati o‘quv qobiliyati, xotira, diqqat va o‘zlashtirishga bevosita ta’sir qiladi. Tibbiyot talabalari yuqori intellektual yuklamalar va tez-tez uyqusizlik tufayli ayniqsa xavf ostida bo‘ladilar. Ushbu munosabatni tushunish talabalarning farovonligi va akademik natijalarini yaxshilash strategiyalarini ishlab chiqishga yordam beradi.
