Abstract

Annotatsiya.  Kichik va o‘rta biznes subyektlarida inson resurslarini boshqarish (HR) tizimini joriy etish muvaffaqiyatli faoliyat yuritish va barqaror rivojlanishning muhim omili hisoblanadi. Ushbu maqolada kichik va o‘rta biznes korxonalarida HR tizimining ahamiyati, ularning duch keladigan muammolari va HR boshqaruvini muvaffaqiyatli amalga oshirish strategiyalari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, inson resurslarini boshqarish bo‘yicha samarali usullar, tahlillar va jadvallar keltiriladi.
