Abstract

Annotatsiya: Immun tizimi hayotning ilk bosqichlarida juda muhim rivojlanish bosqichidan o‘tadi. Ushbu jarayonda ona sutining o‘rni nafaqat ozuqaviy va himoya funksiyalari bilan, balki epigenetik darajadagi ta’siri bilan ham alohida ahamiyat kasb etadi. Tadqiqotimizda ona suti tarkibidagi bioaktiv komponentlarning (mikroRNAlar, DNK metilatsiyasiga ta’sir qiluvchi molekulalar, gistone modifikatsiyasini boshqaruvchi omillar) immun hujayralarning differensiasiyasi va ekspressiyasi orqali epigenetik regulyatsiyani qanday amalga oshirishi tahlil qilinadi. Ushbu maqola onalik sutining immunogenezga ta’sirini epigenetik nuqtai nazardan tahlil qilishga qaratilgan bo‘lib, immun tizimining rivojida erta oziqlantirish muhimligini isbotlovchi yangi ilmiy yondashuvlarni taklif etadi.
