Аннотация

Annotatsiya: Ushbu tadqiqot chaqaloqlarning ovqatlanish turiga qarab (ona suti bilan emizish, sun’iy oziqlantirish, aralash ovqatlanish) ichak mikrobiotasining tarkibiy diversifikatsiyasi va allergik reaksiyalar o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlikni chuqur tahlil qiladi. Mikrobiota profilining erta yoshda shakllanishi va uning immun tizim bilan murakkab o‘zaro ta’siri bugungi pediatriyada dolzarb masalalardan biridir. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, eksklyuziv emizish bilan oziqlangan chaqaloqlarda mikrobiota xilma-xilligi yuqori bo‘lib, allergik reaksiyalar chastotasi sezilarli darajada past bo‘lgan. Sun’iy oziqlantirilgan guruhda esa mikrobiota tarkibi bir xillashgan, shuningdek, atopik dermatit va oziq-ovqat allergiyasi holatlari ko‘proq uchragan. Bu natijalar erta ovqatlanishning immunologik moslashuvdagi rolini isbotlab, sog‘lom mikrobiota shakllanishini rag‘batlantirishga yo‘naltirilgan strategiyalar ishlab chiqish zarurligini ko‘rsatadi.
