Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqola genetik omillar va erta bolalik temperamentining shakllanishi o‘rtasidagi murakkab munosabatlarni tahlil qiladi hamda bu o‘zaro bog‘liqlik asosida yangi, integratsiyalashgan model – “Geno-Temperamental Matritsa”ni taklif etadi. So‘nggi genetik tadqiqotlar temperamentning ayrim asosiy komponentlari, xususan, reaktivlik, o‘zini boshqarish va ijtimoiy sezuvchanlik darajalarining poligenik asosga ega ekanini ko‘rsatmoqda. Temperament esa, keyinchalik shaxs rivoji, stressga chidamlilik, ijtimoiy moslashuv va psixopatologiyaga moyillikni aniqlovchi mezonlardan biridir. Tadqiqotda genetik profillar (xususan DRD4, 5-HTTLPR, COMT polimorfizmlari) bilan 3–6 yoshdagi bolalar temperament turlarining bog‘liqligi kuzatildi. Tajriba natijalariga tayanib, maqolada genetik predispozitsiya, epigenetik modifikatsiyalar va muhit ta’sirini birlashtiruvchi yangi tushunchaviy model ishlab chiqildi.Библиографические ссылки
