Anotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada polifenollarning inson salomatligidagi o‘rni,
ularning antioksidant xossalari, oziq-ovqat mahsulotlaridagi mavjudligi hamda
organizmga ko‘rsatadigan foydali ta’siri yoritilgan. Polifenollar hujayralarni erkin
radikallardan himoya qilish, surunkali kasalliklarning oldini olish va immun tizimini
mustahkamlash kabi muhim biologik funksiyalarga ega. Shuningdek, maqolada
polifenollarning asosiy manbalari, ularni saqlash va iste’mol qilishda e’tibor berilishi
kerak bo‘lgan jihatlar muhokama qilingan.
