Annotatsiya.Ushbu maqolada Kokos moyini xosil qilishda olib boriladigan
jarayonlar haqida ma’lumotlar keltirilgan. Kokos moyini tabobatda va kosmetikada
qo’llash usullari keltirilgan. Ko'pgina ishlab chiqaruvchilar ko'pincha o'z
mahsulotlarida boshqa turdagi yog'larni kokos moyi bilan almashtiradilar va odamlar
ovqat pishirishda tobora ko'proq foydalanmoqda. Kokos moyi nafaqat qizarib pishgan
ovqatlarda, balki shirinliklar, shampunlar, qahva va smetanalarda ham qo’llash
mumkin.
