Annotation: This article explores the legal foundations, content, types, and
practical significance of road traffic expertise. It also examines the process of
conducting expert evaluations in relation to road traffic accidents, the role of expert
conclusions in judicial and investigative bodies, and analyzes the applicable legislative
norms in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Enriched with legal examples and commentary,
this article may be beneficial for legal professionals, road traffic participants, and
technical experts.
