Abstract

Abstract: This article explores the phenomenon of stress, its psychological and
physiological effects, and the most effective coping strategies used by individuals to
manage  it.  The  research  highlights  both  problem-focused  and  emotion-focused
approaches  and  discusses  the  role  of  resilience  and  social  support  in  stress
management.  Findings  suggest  that  adaptive  coping  mechanisms  can  significantly
reduce the negative impact of stress and improve well-being.
