Abstract: This article explores the phenomenon of stress, its psychological and
physiological effects, and the most effective coping strategies used by individuals to
manage it. The research highlights both problem-focused and emotion-focused
approaches and discusses the role of resilience and social support in stress
management. Findings suggest that adaptive coping mechanisms can significantly
reduce the negative impact of stress and improve well-being.
