Annotatsiya. Raqamli texnologiyalarning jadal rivojlanishi intellektual mulk
huquqlarini himoya qilish sohasida yangi muammo va tahdidlarni yuzaga keltirmoqda.
An’anaviy huquqiy mexanizmlar kibermakonning o‘ziga xos chegarasiz va tez
o‘zgaruvchan tabiati bilan to‘laqonli kurasha olmayapti. Ushbu maqolada
kibermakonda intellektual mulk huquqlarining buzilishiga olib kelayotgan
muammolar, ularni oldini olish, shuningdek, raqamli texnologiyalar yordamida ushbu
huquqlarni himoya qilish imkoniyatlari tahlil qilinadi.
