STRESS OMILLAR TA’SIRIDA GIPOTALAMO–GIPOFIZ–O‘SIMTA (GGU) TIZIMI TO‘QIMALARINING GISTOMORFOLOGIK O‘ZGARISHLARI
Abstract
Annotatsiya
Stress — organizmning ichki va tashqi muhit omillariga moslashish
reaksiyasidir. Bu jarayon organismning homeostazini saqlashga qaratilgan murakkab
mexanizmlarni ishga tushiradi. Biologik omillar (infeksiyalar, travma, og‘ir jismoniy
sharoit), kimyoviy omillar (zaharli modda, toksinlar), ruhiy omillar (ortiqcha
psixologik yuk, xavotir, qo‘rquv) va ijtimoiy omillar (oilaviy nizolar, ish joyidagi
stress, ijtimoiy cheklovlar) stressning asosiy turlarini tashkil qiladi. Stress sharoitida
gipotalamo–gipofiz–o‘simta tizimi organizmning markaziy nevroendokrin boshqaruv
markazi sifatida faollashadi va gormonlar sintezi tezlashadi. Ayniqsa, kortikotropin–
rilizing gormon (CRH), adenokortikotropin gormon (ACTH) va glukokortikoidlar
darajasi oshishi tufayli to‘qimalar va hujayralarda morfologik, funksional o‘zgarishlar
yuzaga keladi.
