Abstract: Family rituals—repeated, meaningful activities shared among family
members—play a crucial role in fostering emotional bonds, a sense of identity, and
psychological well-being. This article examines the significance of family rituals in
enhancing family cohesion, providing stability during transitions, and promoting
mental health. Drawing on cultural and psychological perspectives, the paper
highlights how rituals contribute to resilience and emotional security in family systems.
